Köftelik bulgurun bir boy küçüğü olan ince bulgur, sarı bulgur çeşitlerinin en küçük boylu olanıdır. Daha az suyla yumuşayıp daha kolay yoğrulduğu için genelde çiğköfte yapımında tercih edilir. Çiğköftenin yanı sıra köfte ve kısır yapımında da köftelik bulgurla birlikte kullanılabilir. Duru köftelik ince bulguru kullanmadan önce ıslatmanıza ya da yıkamanıza gerek yoktur. Oldukça pratik bir şekilde hazırlanan bulguru pişirmek için yalnızca pişirme sırasında ölçek olarak 1 su bardağı bulgura, 2 su bardağı kaynar su kullanmanız yeterli olacaktır.
