Description
Şölen Nutymax Milk pushes the boundaries of flavor with more chocolate and more cream, featuring a generous filling inside a crispy wafer that creates a light yet long-lasting taste; Nutymax Milk further elevates this experience with a 50% increase in milk and hazelnut paste. To produce chocolate, beans harvested from cacao trees are dried, roasted, and separated into cocoa powder and butter, then blended with precise ratios of cocoa solids, vanilla, milk powder, and sugar to achieve the desired intensity. For optimal quality, chocolate should be stored away from heat, humidity, and strong odors; it must not be refrigerated, as sudden temperature changes cause it to lose its homogeneity and develop a white layer of cocoa butter, known as fat bloom. The ideal storage temperature for chocolate is 16-18°C.
