Altında inek figüründen yapılmış bir kurabiye ve üstünde çikolata bulunan bu lezzeti çok seveceksiniz. Çikolata düşük nemli ortamda muhafaza edilmelidir. Buzdolabı çikolatanın saklanması için elverişli değildir. Çikolatanın ham maddesi kakaodan elde edilmiş olan kakao yağı hassas bir yapıya sahip olduğundan, yüksek ısı ve neme maruz kalması halinde kristal yapısı bozulur ve kristalleri yüzeye çıkar. Bu kristaller tekrar soğumaya başladığında çikolatanın üzerinde beyazlık oluşur. Bu durum çikolatanın tadını bozmasa da görünümünü etkiler. Çikolata kokuyu çok rahat emen bir yapıya sahip olduğu için kokusuz ortamda saklanmalıdır.
