Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası Vermicelli (500g) is produced from durum wheat semolina and water. The cooking time is between 10-12 minutes. It complies with the Turkish Food Codex. Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası is continuously monitored through real-time production checks. Furthermore, samples taken from production every hour undergo quality standard checks in modern food laboratories. Thanks to this intensive monitoring process, the same high quality, flavor, and signature bright yellow color are achieved in every package. Vermicelli is a type of small pasta, similar to spaghetti in its round cross-section but with a much finer, wire-like diameter. Pasta is a natural food product that contains no additives.
