Barilla Tortiglioni is one of the oldest pasta varieties, originating in Naples. The word "tortiglioni" means "twisted" in Italian, and it is distinguished from other pasta varieties by its spiral ridges. It pairs perfectly with thick, hearty sauces. Cooking Instructions: Boil a large pot of water and add salt. Add the pasta and cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and do not rinse. Barilla Tortiglioni pairs perfectly with dense sauces and is ready in 12 minutes. Made from high-quality durum wheat.
