Nuh'un Ankara Fusilli (500g) is produced from durum wheat semolina and water. It contains no additives. The cooking time is between 7-9 minutes, and it complies with the Turkish Food Codex. Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası is continuously monitored through real-time production checks. Furthermore, samples taken from production every hour undergo quality standard checks in modern food laboratories. Thanks to this intensive monitoring process, the same high quality, flavor, and signature bright yellow color are achieved in every package. Pasta is a natural food product without additives. Both European Union regulations and the Turkish Food Codex prohibit the use of any additives or colorants in pasta production. Once opened, the package can be stored throughout its shelf life; as a dry food product, it is resistant to microbiological contamination and environmental factors. It is essential to store it in a cool, dry place. Remember: cook the pasta in a large pot with plenty of water. Do not add the pasta until the water is boiling vigorously. Stir occasionally during cooking. Before draining, rinse the colander with hot water to prepare it for the pasta.
