Nuh'un Ankara Linguine (500g) is made from durum wheat semolina and water. Cooking time is 9-11 minutes. It complies with the Turkish Food Codex. Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası is continuously monitored through real-time production checks, with hourly samples tested in modern food labs. This process ensures consistent quality, flavor, and a clear yellow color in every package. Pasta is a natural, additive-free food. EU and Turkish regulations prohibit additives or colorants in pasta production. Once opened, it can be stored throughout its shelf life; as a dry food, it is resistant to environmental factors and contamination. Store in a cool, dry place. Remember: cook in a large pot with plenty of water. Add pasta only after the water is boiling vigorously. Stir occasionally. Rinse your colander with hot water before draining to prepare it for the pasta.
