Dr. Oetker Revani is the most practical way to enjoy a traditional delicacy. While traditional preparation methods require many eggs, only 3 eggs are sufficient with Dr. Oetker Revani. The ratio of high-quality wheat semolina, leavening agent, and sugar is just right. Therefore, it browns beautifully and fully absorbs the syrup. Additionally, it is very easy to try various revani and syrup-based dessert recipes printed on the inner side of the packaging, and these recipes are guaranteed to work. For whipped ready-to-make desserts, cakes, or creams (such as ice cream, cake cream, whipped cream, or crème olé), adding the liquid to the mixing bowl first helps the ingredients blend more homogeneously. This prevents any powder from remaining at the bottom of the bowl. When using an electric hand mixer, starting at a low speed for the first minute before moving to higher speeds, and holding the mixer at a 90-degree angle inside the bowl during this initial stage, prevents splashing and dusting.
