Description
Billur rafine iyotlu tuz , ham tuzun yüksek sıcaklıkta su içinde tamamen eritilmesi ile hazırlanan tuzlu suyun dinlendirilip temizlenmesi ve vakum yardımıyla tuzlu sudan kristallerin tekrar üretilmesi yöntemiyle hazırlanır. Rafine tuz kristalleri ince ve yuvarlak olur. Billur tuzun uyguladığı rafinasyon yöntemi "International Salt Co." patentlidir. Bu yöntemde ham deniz tuzu, su içerisinde tamamen eritilir. Elde edilen tuzlu sudan yüksek sıcaklık ve vakum altında tuz kristalleri tekrar oluşturulur. Oluşan tuz kristalleri yüksek sıcaklıkta kurutulur. Beyaz, saf ve akıcı tuz kristalleri el değmeden tam otomatik makinelerde paketlenir. Tuz, rutubetsiz yerde saklanmalıdır. Unutmayın; tuzlukların içinde 15-20 adet pirinç bulundurursanız rutubet oluşumunu engellersiniz.
