Description
Billur Refined Iodized Salt is produced using a process where raw salt is completely dissolved in water at high temperatures; the resulting brine is rested and purified, and salt crystals are then re-manufactured from the brine with the aid of a vacuum. These refined salt crystals are fine and rounded. The refining method used by Billur is patented by "International Salt Co." In this process, raw sea salt is fully dissolved in water, and crystals are reformed under high temperature and vacuum. These crystals are dried at high temperatures, and the resulting white, pure, and free-flowing salt is packed by fully automated machines without human contact. Salt should be stored in a moisture-free place. Note: placing 15–20 grains of rice inside salt shakers helps prevent moisture buildup.
