Duru Fine Bulgur for Meatballs (1000g) is produced untouched from high-quality durum wheat. Specially suited for making traditional meatballs (köfte), this fine bulgur is crafted using traditional stone-milling techniques. Unlike bulgur processed in disc or hammer mills, stone-milled bulgur preserves its natural essence, authentic flavor, and aroma. Instead of traditional drying methods, the bulgur is dried in advanced technological ventilation towers. Duru Fine Bulgur maintains its freshness for a long time as long as the packaging remains sealed. Once opened, it should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from moisture and odors, preferably at a temperature of approximately 18°C.
