Description
Duru Pilaf Bulgur (1000g) is produced touch-free from durum wheat. It is suitable for making meatballs. It is obtained by cracking wheat in stone mills. No additives are used in its production. Unlike bulgur processed in disc or hammer mills, stone-milled bulgur is produced in accordance with its natural integrity, preserving its authentic flavor and aroma. Instead of traditional drying, it is dried in advanced, high-tech ventilation towers. Duru Pilaf Bulgur maintains its freshness for a long time as long as the package remains unopened. Once opened, it should be stored in an environment protected from air, humidity, and odors, ideally at a temperature of approximately 18°C.
