Hasata Antep Bulgur for Meatballs is produced from durum wheat grown in the Barak Plain of Gaziantep. Meeting the specific Geographical Indication requirements for Antep Bulgur, this product boasts a unique color and aroma while serving as an excellent source of protein, phosphorus, potassium, and fiber. Thanks to its resealable "zip-lock" packaging, it prevents spills during use and can be safely stored in its original bag until the expiration date, eliminating the need for glass jars. To prevent pantry pests, Hasata Antep Bulgur undergoes a "Controlled Atmosphere" process before packaging—a completely natural method that involves resting the product in an oxygen-regulated environment.
