Description
Beef-filled crispy dumplings (Çıtır Mantı) are ready to serve when they reach a golden yellow color in deep and hot oil. Since the dumplings are pre-cooked, they cook the dough and meat simultaneously in a short time (1-2 min) when fried directly. When cooked, the dough does not absorb oil, making it delicious and crispy. Fried crispy dumplings can be served plain or with yogurt and butter sauce.
