Sarelle Duo Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Filled Wafer is produced with high-quality hazelnuts. The wafer contains 58% hazelnut cream and 30% milk chocolate. It is ideal for those who love the intense flavor of chocolate and the crispy texture of wafers. Unlike classic wafers, Sarelle Duo Milk Chocolate Coated does not consist of cream-filled layers; instead, it has a single layer of crispy wafer under the chocolate coating. The inside of this wafer is filled with hazelnut cream and pieces of hazelnut. Ideal chocolate storage conditions are dry, odorless, and cool environments. Chocolate should not be exposed to sudden temperature changes. Cocoa butter is a substance that can be affected by heat and humidity. Humid environments and temperature changes can cause the structure of cocoa butter to deteriorate and crystals to form. This is sometimes the reason for the whitening seen on chocolates. Although this whiteness does not mean the chocolate is spoiled, it reduces its flavor value.
