Yayla "Aşurelik" (Wheat for Noah's Pudding) is a semi-cooked product that can be easily softened by soaking in hot water. Unlike the durum wheat used for bulgur, this wheat is obtained from soft-textured wheat. You can use Yayla wheat in soups, salads, and desserts. With its prebiotic properties, Yayla wheat is produced under optimal conditions and presented to consumers. It can be used in soups served hot or cold, as well as in making keşkek (a traditional meat and wheat stew). You can prepare delicious aşure (Noah's Pudding) and create various other unique dishes with this wheat.
